Cada periodo con su cobro, del más reciente al más antiguo.

status del periodo: AWAITING_AMOUNT (monto variable: esperamos tu monto), OPEN (sin pagar), PROCESSING (débito en curso), PAID, UNCOLLECTIBLE (no se pudo cobrar) y SKIPPED (se saltó sin cobrar).
